Innovation in RJ45 format
FM45 is the tool-free, field-assembled, 8-conductor Cat. 5e RJ45 plug with IDC (insulation displacement contact) technology. It connects everything: copper cable ≤ 8 mm, shielded, unshielded, solid wire or stranded cables, AWG 26…22.

Connecting with a click
Remove cable sheath. Insert the wires according to the colour code into wiring block – without stripping. Press the cover tight to ensure the conductors make contact. Slide the housing in place. Tighten the coupling nut and the connection is complete.

Guaranteed contact
You can rely on R&M’s industrial IDC termination. Resilient, tinplated IDC contacts grip firmly and provide long-lasting protection of the wires. All contacts are protected against dust, vibration and corrosion.

Multi-functional applications
