RoadWorx analog audio microphone cables are designed with the sound performance industry in mind. Analog Microphone cables are of twisted pair or star quad construction with a braided screen for flexibility.
For most applictions, a 1 or 2 pair screened design will be sufficient. In applications where a high amount of electrical noise is present or the highest quality signal is required, a star quad is better suited.
Star quad designs are used by connecting the two similar coloured conductors to the one pin effectively doubling the conductor area and reducing the amount of electrical interference.
The RoadWorx range of analog audio cables is a cost effective alternative for the live performance market offering high quality materials and performance. As well as being custom designed for the performance market, the RoadWorx analog audio series can also be used in the sound recording and broadcast environment when a good quality analog audio cable is required.
