All 6100 adapters are fully compatible with this unit and 8 fully transparent Ethernet connections can be created. The unit allows remote powering of all 8 connected IP cameras or other IP enabled devices. Doing so the unit can carry the capabilities of a central UPS all the way to the connected cameras/devices on the network.
