Dotworkz 2.4 GHZ 802.11 b/g Sidekick Series is part of Dotworkz line of wireless products bringing flexibility, versatility, scalability and a seamless integration path at accessible prices to projects of all sizes and needs. Dotworkz has combined two proven technologies - broadband wireless transmission and networked video surveillance - to overcome many of the obstructions users face when attempting to deploy remote surveillance and monitoring systems.

Dotworkz 2.4 GHz 802.11 b/g Sidekick Series is designed to work with point to point or point to multipoint systems, transmitting high-resolution, real-time video from IP network cameras directly to a Dotworkz Base Station unit. Dotworkz 2.4 GHz 802.11 b/g Sidekick Series has a max. payload throughput of 54 Mbps and requires free and clear line of sight. Real world payloads are approximately 20-25Mbps. The Dotworkz 2.4GHz 802.11 b/g Sidekick Series has a range of up to 3 miles. One base station can accommodate up to 5 camera stations for a point to multi-point connection.

Dotworkz 2.4 GHZ 802.11 b/g Sidekick Series comes with a Nema-4 Rated enclosure that houses an internal power supply providing power to all internal components. The products are compatible with most PTZ and fixed IP network cameras. Both Dotworkz 2.4 GHZ 802.11b/g Sidekick camera stations and base stations accept 110VAC input and comes with CG or flex conduit outlets to accept incoming and outgoing power and data connections. External RF connectors for appropriate connection to external antenna(s) are also included.

**A Base Station is required to accept signals from the camera station** Camera stations are sold individually only to pre-existing systems that have at least one Base Station.**

Integration- Compatible with Dotworkz outdoor environmental enclosures. Provides a 12VDC source for camera, and Heater/Blower or Dual Blowers.
Ready out of the box- All Sidekick units are pre-configured with static IP's in the C class range. If you network uses a specific IP scheme, contact us to tailor the system to your network.
Camera Station includes 2 ft antenna cable and a 12dBi Directional antenna.
