ETS VIDEO SURVEILLANCE PLUS DATA CARD

Introduction

The ETS Video Surveillance Plus Systems, Hot Swappable Cards fits into the ETS VSP-10XX Chassis and allows you to send video and power over 3000 feet (900 meters) over a single Category5 or better cable. The hot swappable cards are designed to handle up to 4 cameras and pass 1.5 amps of 28 volt power to each. The pan, tilt, zoom function is attained by using the VSP-409 Pan, Tilt, Zoom card.

Active Frequency Compensation tracks the Automatic Gain Control and self adjusts for the best performance. Protection from power, static or electrical interference is built in the
VSP-406 card.

A passive non-powered system can be achieved by using the ETS VSP-404 card.
Expansion and modifications are easily accomplished and allows the user a custom video surveillance system with no interruption in service. All modifications and expansions can be done while the system is functioning.

One card powers four cameras with each card providing 1.5 Amps at 28 VAC to each camera. In situations where there is excessive current draw on any camera port, the camera port shuts down, waits and retries. The other cameras remain operational.

The VSP System has been designed from the ground up for structured cable architecture to take advantage of current standards based methods, making a simple installation to Telco and Data installation professionals.

When used in conjunction with the optional VSP-10RPS redundant power supply and the hot swappable cards, it is possible to attain 24/7 all year operation with the VSP System.
