Introduction
Amphenol offers a range of BNC connectors from both their Amphenol FR and Amphenol Connex facilities. These are designed as T1 and T2 types and true 75 ohm types with the following specification.
T2 - constant 75 ohm performance with low VSWR from DC-1GHz
T1 - constant 75 ohm performance with low VSWR from DC-2GHz
True 75 ohm Types - Constant 75 ohm performance with low VSWR from DC-4GHz
For applications above 1GHz, T1 connectors or True 75 ohm types are recommended. These connectors all feature a full crimp design and are field installable with Paladin Crimp tools.
